Your Fund questions answered

Can I attend an information session about the Fund?

Seamless is holding a one hour online information session which will cover everything you need to know about the Fund - from Fund objectives and focus areas, to the funding amount available, eligibility criteria and how to apply. The information session will be held on Tuesday 26 August 2025 from 11:00am to 12:00pm. You can register to attend here.

How can I find out if my project is eligible for the Fund?

The Circular Clothing Textiles Fund Guidelines include detailed information about the eligibility criteria for applicants and activities. If you still have questions, or would like to discuss your project, email the Seamless team at programs@seamless.org.au

When do Fund projects need to be completed?

Fund projects need to be fully completed in the time period from 30 September 2025 to 10 February 2026.

What sort of clothing must be used for my Fund project?

Fund projects must collect, sort, pre-process and recycle unwearable clothing disposed of in Australia. Unwearable clothing items are garments that are deemed unsuitable for reuse, repair or redistribution due to corporate branding, damage, or substantial wear and tear.

To be eligible for the Fund, does my project need to be carried out in Australia?

All Fund projects need to be executed in Australia, unless they support circular outcomes for Australian clothing by strengthening domestic system support, infrastructure or next markets.
